Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after placement. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is received.

Shipping & Delivery
Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 5 business days within the UK. For orders shipping to the EU, delivery may take 7–10 business days, depending on local postal services.

If an item is low in stock, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing. We will always notify you if there are any delays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We ship using 4PX and Yun, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
